Josh Gorokhovsky
Managing principal
A Los Angeles native, Josh graduated from the University of Southern California in 2015 earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship.
Josh founded Telos Properties in 2017 and leads the team in acquisitions, construction, asset management, capital markets, and investor relations.
Josh spends his free time traveling, boxing, and with his family. He is a member and donor of several organizations including ULI Young Leaders Group, Guardians of the Jewish Home, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and the Jewish Federation.
ANLY RENDA
Asset management
From Caracas, Venezuela, Anly graduated from Florida State University in 2016 earning her Bachelor’s Degree In Finance and Professional Sales. Anly is currently our Operations Lead at Telos Properties where she is in charge of making sure all our tenants, vendors, and partners are taken care of.
Anly spends her free time traveling, exercising, and with her pup. She is a Red Cross donor and volunteers at an Equestrian Program for children with disabilities.
GABY ALAMO
Asset management
With a passion for connecting with people, Gaby has built her career around human resources, management, and customer service. Gaby is part of our Operations team at Telos Properties where she focuses on taking care of all of our tenants, vendors, and partners.
Gaby spends her free time, doing calisthenics, yoga, reading and writing. She is deeply involved in giving back to the community through a volunteer program for elders, a cause close to her heart.
