Josh Gorokhovsky
A Los Angeles native, Josh graduated from the University of Southern California in 2015 earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship
Since 2015, while still in school and while building up Telos Properties, Josh worked under L.A. Properties Inc. principal, Scott Rosenfeld, where he managed acquisitions, development, and redevelopment projects exceeding $10 Million
Josh has placed $35 Million in equity for investors and managed over $70 Million worth of real estate transactions since 2017. He is responsible for acquisitions, construction, asset management, capital markets, and investor relations.
Josh spends his free time traveling, practicing mixed martial arts, and with his family. He is a member and donor of several organizations including ULI Young Leaders Group, Guardians of the Jewish Home, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and the Jewish Federation.
ANLY RENDA
From Caracas, Venezuela, Anly graduated from Florida State University in 2016 earning her Bachelor’s Degree In Finance and Professional Sales. Anly is currently our Operations Lead at Telos Properties where she is in charge of making sure all our tenants, vendors, and partners are taken care of.
Anly spends her free time traveling, exercising, and with her pup. She is a Red Cross donor and volunteers at an Equestrian Program for children with disabilities.

Scott rosenfeld
Scott was born and raised in West Los Angeles, and founded L.A. Properties, Inc in 1995. He brings over 25 years of real estate and investment experience to the company.
Over his career, Scott has redeveloped over 500 properties, 500 ground-up construction projects, and managed over 1,000 units. While capitalizing most projects with his own company’s funds, Scott has successfully placed over $250 Million for investors and currently owns over $150 Million of assets of management.
Scott currently leads the team in risk-mitigation, market outlook, negotiations, and capital markets.
Scott is a proud father of two children and lives in Los Angeles with his wife, kids, and dog, Bailey. He is a member of the Jewish Federation and spends his free time with his family and as an avid Los Angeles Kings season ticket holder.
